Patti continues her rewarding and successful career in public relations and marketing as the Director of Public Relations, Content and Social Media. Throughout her career at major corporations and trade associations, she thrived on helping businesses grow and make meaningful connections with their customers by utilizing marketing, publicity, new web content and digital media. She has held leadership positions at numerous organizations including Freddie Mac, the American Bankers Association and Comerica Bank.
Her expertise and experience include providing strategic marketing advice, reputation management, crisis communications, media relations, executive communications, thought leadership, website content evaluation/user experience, digital marketing, consumer education outreach and product rollouts.
Patti has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in Public Communications from American University.
She believes in utilizing technology and blending the old with new, whether it be as simple as having magazines arrive at her doorstep or subscribing to an online newspaper. She uses online GPS but still has a paper map stuffed in her car’s glove box.
When not working, she enjoys being an empty nester, spending time with her husband and spoiled dog, being outside in nature, and shopping at thrift stores to fix and repurpose household items for those in need.
