Erin Robinson brings more than 15 years of experience leading social media marketing and consumer experience journeys to the Paper and Packaging Board. She oversees the brand’s social presence, driving record-high engagement for the national campaign. Most recently, as the Program Director of AOL’s Voice of the Customer team, she grew a successful overall customer experience program from feedback to the global contact center and to, most notably, social media. Erin is skilled in creating innovative and impactful digital content that resonates with consumers, drives engagement and encourages brand loyalty.
She has a degree in Communications, with honors, from George Mason University, a background in print design and copywriting and is a certified ScrumMaster. She is a sought-out speaker on social media and customer care, including Dreamforce, Pubcon and Social Media Week NY.
Erin resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and is a new mom to two adorable boys. She is a digital media evangelist for businesses and supports them as a savvy online shopper. Her favorite part of ordering online is “un-boxing” her new purchases. From the box, to the tissue paper, to the brand packaging, she loves the entire experience. And, of course, once she’s opened the box, she uses it to create fun “box” adventures with her kids.
