Erin brings 10+ years of social media marketing and consumer experience to the table. Most recently, as the Program Director of AOL’s Voice of the Customer team, she grew a successful overall customer experience program from feedback to the global contact center and to, most notably, social media. She developed numerous social listening channels and response mechanisms as well as worked with other teams to create social customer care solutions for their products and services.
Erin is skilled in creating innovative and impactful content that resonates with consumers, drives engagement and encourages brand loyalty. She has a degree in Communications, with honors, from George Mason University, a background in print design and copywriting and is a certified ScrumMaster. She is a sought-out speaker on social media and customer care, including CRM Evolution, Dreamforce, Pubcon and Social Media Week NY. Most recently, she launched a lifestyle and fashion blog as a creative outlet to share her personal style through daily outfits, home decor and working mom tips.
Erin resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and is a new mom to an adorable baby boy. Not only is she a social media evangelist for businesses to participate in the social customer setting, she is a savvy online shopper. Her favorite part of ordering online is “un-boxing” her new purchases. From the box, to the tissue paper, to the brand packaging, she loves the entire experience.
